Is nami gay

Theory Could Nami be into girls?

I don't think so. Nami calling Kalifa sexy doesn't has to represent anything.

Most of the day, One Piece is devoid of romance. Except for Sanji or Brook, the Strawhats have shown small interest if any at all.

And I wouldn't accept it too seriously, it's one of the rare things the series has been not consistent. During the Arabasta arc, all of the Strawhats are peeking at Nami and Vivi. However, later on Luffy, Zoro, Usopp and Chopper have no interest into women (or Human females in Chopper case).

The first is that while oda doesn't particularly portray gays negatively he does portray them as lets utter eccentric for lack of a better word. This isn't something that fits into how oda portrays nami in any way. In the story oda has shown both an all female island and an all man island. The female island sustain its population by going out and about and getting pregnant. The all man island apparently sustains its population by drawing in all the gag charact- I mean lgbtq+ dudes

oh no, it's TBSkyen — So I know you headcanon Nami as a lesbian and

Hm. I think Zoro is ace, but not aro, but also the only thing he’s really in love with is his dream of fulfilling his commit to Kuina, becoming the greatest swordsman in the society. Once he accomplishes that… well, I am not % sure he’ll withstand accomplishing it, actually, I think the story is signaling pretty hard that his moment of transcendence is going to be related with the moment of his death (the “King of Hell” thing, all the Buddhism imagery, his tendency to find revelations about swordsmanship on the brink of death) but if he does survive it, that’s when maybe romance can develop a consideration for him. Maybe. That’s when he can figure out who he’s even into.

Sanji is extremely romantic - hyperromantic, even - but honestly in a way that’s… almost totally disconnected from actual romance? He worships women as divine goddesses and sources of utmost aesthetic and feeling joy for him, but he seems to struggle enormously to actually relate

Is Nami a Lesbian? (A Comprehensive Analysis of a Reddit Post)

Five years ago, a Reddit user named Captain_M made a topic called . The post received 35 upvotes (comparable to the rep system of our dear fanverse) and comments. Evidently this was a topic of great importance to Captain_M, because he took to hour to find, color-coordinate, and cite a from the manga to use as visual examples to prove his thesis that Nami is a lesbian. The responses he received were decidedly negative, which most saying he was reading subtext that wasn&#;t there, but I&#;m not so swift to brush him aside. Let&#;s look at each of his examples one by one:

First, to trim the fat. A rare of his examples admittedly lack substance:

These include Nami commenting that Cindry is pretty (generally speaking it&#;s not uncommon for women to compliment other women this way), vowing to save Caimie at the Auction House (something all the SHs were devoted to), giving Lola some treasure (I believe this just shows that Nami is not opposed to acts of generosity if she sees someone in desire andthere&#;s no way to

Okay… so a handful of things to say in response to this. First, I think Nami is lesbian because she has expressed finding women attractive but has never expressed finding men attractive. I have more canon evidence to believe that Nami is attracted to women than I do to believe that she is attracted to men. What reasons would I acquire to think that Nami is attracted to men, other than assumptions prefer, “that’s just the way it is,” or “statistically it’s more likely that she’s attracted to men and not women,” or “Oda wouldn’t actually contain her be lesbian so she can’t be”? Those are biases and assumptions that aren’t based on anything that is in the manga itself. So again, what reason execute I have to believe she’s attracted to men? Thus far, none.

That second half of your communication is pretty unrelated to the first. Nami’s sexual orientation doesn’t have anything to do with who you like shipping Tashigi with. (But I will take a moment to say that I used to be cool with shipping Zoro and Tashigi, but after the atrocious way Zoro treated her on Punk Hazard I’m very repelled from the idea. Ta
